The practitioner did well by positioning herself at a comfortable distance from the patient and maintaining good eye contact. In areas where the practitioner can improve, she could work on her facial expressions to show more empathy and understanding towards the patient. Additionally, she could use a more soothing tone of voice.

 

 

 

 

Overall, the practitioner did a good job with the content of her message. However, she could improve in terms of delivery.
