For your final simulation, the Angina scenario will be utilized for the simulation, to evaluate retention of information and improvement of past performance. For your Pre-Simulation homework, you will be required to write a paper, consisting of 3-4 pages in APA format. Your paper will include an introduction, a conclusion and a reference page. A minimum of three references is required. Your reference page is not counted in the required 3-4 pages.
The paper is to include:
Introduction.
Pathophysiology of CAD.
Risk Factors.
Patient assessment for a patient with angina.
Three appropriate and complete nursing diagnosis. Nursing diagnosis need to be complete (ex: related to…., as evidenced by….).
Medications utilized for a patient with angina.
Exams/procedures/monitoring/labs performed for a patient with angina, with rationale or each.
Patient teaching.
Conclusion.
Reference page (APA format). Use credible peer references: Nursing articles, textbooks, websites using .gov, .edu.  Avoid using Wikipedia.
