How might factors like maternal stress, health and fitness, attitude, mental health, and so on contribute to the prenatal time period?
How might the father be able to contribute to reaching the goal of an optimal prenatal time period?
Besides avoiding things, what can a father-to-be and mother-to-be add to life to create the best prenatal environment? All ideas are welcome. (Example: one student thought that listening to calming music every day is a good idea.)
