Write an Opinion Paper of at least 550 words giving your view on the practice of vocalists lip synching in concerts. If you paid out hundreds of dollars to see your favorite artist, would you feel “ripped off” if you found out they were lip synching, pretending to sing to a pre-recorded track? Would you want your money back? Or are you fine with the practice of lip synching, as long as there was a good show with theatrics, choreography, scenery, costuming, etc.? If you have mixed feelings depend on the artist(s) or genre, you can discuss that. Also, how do you feel about a band, or instrumentalists that are pretending to play to a track, the instrumental version of lip synching?
