ABC Ltd is a large company with many employees. The senior management team is facing the difficult task of making decisions about which staff members will be made redundant. In order to make the best decision possible, they have asked for input from all employees.
You are one of the employees at ABC Ltd. You have been asked to give your opinion on which staff members should be made redundant.
When making your recommendations, consider the following factors:
- The skills and experience of the staff members in question
- The impact that redundancy would have on the company
- The financial cost of redundancy
Your recommendation should be based on your analysis of these factors. Justify your choices and explain how they will benefit the company in the long run.
