2. Critique the planning process for the Second National Bank.
The off-site location of the strategic meeting excluded some members of the bank's management and other staff. This could have led to inaccurate plans, as important information and feedback was missing from those who were not present. Meetings that include all staff levels tend to be more successful, as everyone has access to information and can work together towards a common goal.
