For example, the theory of planned behaviour suggests that an organisation's commitment to a course of action or strategy is determined by its intentions and perceptions of the costs and benefits associated with that course of action or strategy. The resource-based view of the firm suggests that an organisation's commitment to a course of action or strategy is determined by its resources and capabilities.
