You are members of the quality team at Mercy Grace Children's Hospital and you are responsible for educating care teams and leadership about HCAHPS.

For this assignment, you will conduct a brief "in-service" to educate these teams regarding the definition, value, and important details of HCAHPS as they relate to quality of care provided to the patient in general and then at a deeper level pertaining to your specific hospital. Prepare a 14-15 slide (not including title and citations slides) narrated/recorded PowerPoint and upload it in Canvas by the due date. There is not a discussion board, nor written paper component to this assignment. Your instructor will serve as your audience.

Use the attached documents to help you aggregate data and present it in your presentation in graph form. You may select the areas you want to focus on for your in-service.
