• Please select one of the available case studies (please see Blackboard).
• Using Gordon’s 11 functional health patterns to organize your work, categorize the data presented in the case study using sentences. You can organize using bullets but please ensure that the information is in sentence format.  
• After organizing the data into their related functional health patterns, identify three priority health concerns from the case study (the health concerns can pertain to any member(s) mentioned in the case study and can be at an individual or family level).
• For each identified priority health concern, provide a 3-4 sentence rationale (using supporting literature such as peer reviewed articles, textbooks and reliable websites) about why this is a health concern and its possible implications for a person’s health. 
• For each identified priority health concern, provide a NANDA nursing diagnosis. Please ensure that your NANDA diagnoses are complete and that you have 2 actual and 1 at risk or 3 actual diagnoses.  
• Use the template below to complete your work.
• APA is required so please ensure you include a title page and reference page (introduction/conclusion are not required).
